EU customers withdrawal from order.
U.S. Orders
Returns or exchanges of unused items are accepted within 30 days of delivery (online orders) or purchase (in-store orders). Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed.
A flat return fee of $12.95 for bags and accessories and $24.95 for luggage will be deducted from your refund.
Returned items cannot show any signs of use, wear, tear, marks, scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage, and must include original packaging, shipping carton, and uncut hang tags. For in-store purchases, luggage removed from box packaging is considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. We reserve the right to reject any returned items with personal items left inside the product, as it indicates signs of use. We are not responsible for any products left inside returned products. Such items will not be returned and will be discarded or donated. Please test compatibility of your item before use to ensure you are still eligible for return.

International Orders
International customers may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or Shop Now credit. Refunds include the original product cost plus customs and duties, minus the return shipping fee ($12.95 USD for bags/accessories, $24.95 USD for luggage). Refund amounts are shown in estimated presentment amounts due to currency differences. Please note: personalized items are exempt from returns.

Final Sale Policy
Items marked as final sale are offered at a special discounted price and are non returnable and non exchangeable. This policy helps us offer these items at the best possible value for our customers.
We always recommend double checking your selections (color, size, and personalization, if applicable) before placing your order.

Gifts, Sale & Holiday Orders
Gift Returns
Refunds go to the original purchaser or can be issued as a CALPAK gift card upon request. We are not able to offer refunds to anyone other than the original purchaser and their form of payment. Please note that for in-store returns, store credit issued can only be used in-store and will not be applicable to online orders.
Sale Returns
CALPAK final sale items or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us at help@calpaks.com and we’ll be happy to review it further.
EU Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your EU right of withdrawal, please complete the EU Right of Withdrawal form. If you are submitting your request through our standard Returns Center instead, select “EU Right of Withdrawal” as your return reason. This selection is used to identify and process your withdrawal request and does not require you to provide a return reason.
