CALPAK products carry either a 1-year, 2-year, or 5-year limited warranty, as stated on the individual products.  Please see below for more information. 

1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

This CALPAK product (this “Product”) carries a 1-Year Limited Warranty to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase.   If defective, this Product will be repaired or replaced with the same or similar product at the discretion of CALPAK.

For warranty service, submit a claim to our Customer Service Department through our website at www.calpaktravel.com. Warranty requests are handled online only, requiring proof of purchase and a servicing fee as follows: backpacks, totes, duffels – $9.95; rolling backpacks, rolling duffels – $14.95; luggage – $24.95. The Product must be returned to CALPAK with shipping pre-paid in order to be repaired or replaced.

This warranty covers only manufacturing defects in material and workmanship and does not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, negligence, accident, or transport damage (for example by airlines). If damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the user to submit a claim to the transit company at the time of the damage. The warranty provided herein is limited to the value of the Product, is subject to change without notice, and only applies within the Continental United States.

2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
