U.S. Orders

Returns or exchanges of unused items are accepted within 30 days of delivery (online orders) or purchase (in-store orders). Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed.

  • If Return Coverage was purchased: There will be no additional return fees.
  • If Return Coverage was not purchased: $12.95 (for bags/accessories) or $24.95 (for luggage) will be deducted from your refund.

Returned items cannot show any signs of use, wear, tear, marks, scratches, alterations, or any kind of damage, and must include original packaging, shipping carton, and uncut hang tags. For in-store purchases, luggage removed from box packaging is considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. We reserve the right to reject any returned items with personal items left inside the product, as it indicates signs of use. We are not responsible for any products left inside returned products. Such items will not be returned and will be discarded or donated. Please test compatibility of your item before use to ensure you are still eligible for return.

Gift Returns

Refunds go to the original purchaser or can be issued as a CALPAK gift card upon request. We are not able to offer refunds to anyone other than the original purchaser and their form of payment. Please note that for in-store returns, store credit issued can only be used in-store and will not be applicable to online orders.

All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Sale Returns

CALPAK final sale items or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us at help@calpaks.com and we’ll be happy to review it further.

  • How do I start a return or exchange?

    You can start the return or exchange process by visiting our Returns Portal.

    Once your return has been submitted, just follow these easy steps:

    • Print your return shipping label and packing slip.
    • Pack your items securely in the original or new packaging.
    • Insert the packing slip, seal the package, and mark out any old addresses or barcodes.
    • Attach the return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at a nearby FedEx location.

    For orders placed on Facebook Shop or Instagram Shop:
    Due to system limitations, our returns portal is unable to process a returns request. Please reach out to help@calpaks.com for assistance.

  • Is CALPAK a lifetime warranty?

    There is no lifetime warranty, as most of our products come with either a 1, 2, or 10-year limited warranty. Please see our Product Guarantee page for more information. If you are unsure whether your CALPAK product comes with a warranty, please reach out to warranty@calpaks.com for further assistance.

    While we strive to match limited edition, discontinued, or out-of-stock items, we cannot always guarantee exact replacements. Rest assured, any replacement luggage will be of equal value to your original purchase. Replacement decisions are made at our discretion, and we reserve the right to decline warranty claims.

    Please note: Sample sale purchases are sold as is and are excluded from any warranties. For personalized items, the warranty covers the physical item, but does not extend to the personalization add-on.

  • If I order online can I return in store?

    Unfortunately, items purchased online are not eligible for in-store returns at this time. For more information on online and in-store returns, please visit our FAQ page.

  • How long will it take to get a refund for my return?

    Once your return is received and inspected, it will be refunded to the selected payment method within 3–5 days. Refunds typically appear in your transactions within 5–7 business days once processed, depending on your bank.

    We are not able to offer refunds to anyone other than the original purchaser and their original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Are CALPAK returns free?

    CALPAK returns are free if you purchase Return Coverage at checkout. If you do not add Return Coverage to your order, you can still return or exchange items for a flat fee of $12.95 for bags/accessories or $24.95 for luggage, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that these fees are non-refundable.
