Las Vegas, NV has become a year-round destination for special events, conventions, conferences, pool parties, shopping, gambling, restaurants, and much, much more! The CalPak team recently went on a jam-packed day trip to Las Vegas. Check out our quick guide to Sin City as we take over the strip!

As soon as we landed, our first stop was the Vegas Sign, located at the start of the strip. We snapped a few photos and spent some time at the Aria Hotel & Casino, where they're known for their colorful and beautiful flowers.
Then, we indulged in a decadent brunch at the Aria Cafe. We recommend the Red Velvet Waffles, and don't skip out on the fruit topping! Our server recommended also getting some whipped cream on the side and it was simply divine! Seafood fans, the Seaside Benedict is delicious: two poached eggs on top of delicious crab cakes & english muffins, drizzled with good ol' hollandaise sauce, served with crispy on the outside and soft on the inside hash browns!
Just the usual, "Lemme take a pic of this real quick."
After brunch, we were off to our next location, the High Roller @ Linq, the world's tallest observation wheel. Sit back, relax, and sip on a cocktail or wine as you travel up high for this amazing view!
The best part about this ride, other than the amazing view, is the fact that you get to have a drink while enjoying the view! How much better can it get?
After a relaxing ride, we went to Caesars Palace to do some damage to our wallets at their amazing shopping center.
Since Bellagio was relatively nearby, we made an attempt to see the water show early, but missed it. Instead, we stopped by the hotel & casino to grab a bite at their little snack bar. The ice cream was killer, definitely a treat on a hot day!
Next stop New York, New York. Of course when you're in Vegas, there's gambling! We played a few slots and headed to the roller coaster ride. Sadly, we couldn't get any footage of it, but definitely something you should add to your to do list!
A few of us were dying to eat some Shake Shack! The buzz on it is crazy! (Angelenos, there's finally one open in Hollywood!) If you've had both Shake Shack and In n Out, which do you think is better? Just to let you know, the cheese fries at Shake Shack are a must!
After lunch, we went to the Eiffel Tower at Paris Las Vegas for the Eiffel Tower Experience, another observation installation in the city. (We recommend buying tickets for both the High Roller & Eiffel Tower Experience together so you can get a discounted price). While we were on the Eiffel Tower, the Bellagio Water Show began and we got to see it from afar! There's an amazing view from the tower and they give you an iPad that shows what would be at the bottom of the tower if you were in Paris. We definitely recommend trying this in the evening, since the view of the Sin City lights is amazing!
