Alexa plays my daily meditation through Headspace, I do my wobble stretches, and I make a matcha latte before our 9am meeting.
3 ways I end my day:
I work on a personal craft or project, my boyfriend and I watch something on T.V., and I make my hourly list of things to do for the next day.

Around 5:15pm is when my entire apartment is the brightest and every corner of each room just glows. It feels kind of magical, it feels like hope.
How I stay connected with my loved ones:
Sunday Zoom happy hour with my friends, weekly Zoom meetings with my cousins during the week, sending texts or FaceTiming loved ones, and daily 6pm prayer with my mom through FaceTime.

Making myself a pourover coffee, it’s pretty meditative!
Making a to do list on paper, physically writing it down helps me remember everything and stay accountable.
I make my bed every morning right when I get up so I’m not tempted to get back in.

Tidy up my desk area so it is ready for the morning.
Making dinner with my boyfriend.
Playing Mario Kart on our Nintendo Switch, usually with friends via FaceTime!

I have been trying to go on a walk every day to get some fresh air, either during lunch or after work at sunset.

Around 5PM when the sun comes through the front windows of my house… I love the warmth of the light, something about it is very peaceful for me.

Lots of FaceTime and Zoom! I have been FaceTiming my parents almost every day, and then doing Zoom Happy Hour with friends.

I bought a mini treadmill, so I've been using that to get some steps in! I'm also doing some yoga stretches with weights.
My favorite part of the day:
5pm. My room gets the best lighting at this time and it makes me feel grateful for the day I had.
How I stay connected with my loved ones:
I text my family everyday (but more like my mom asks every day how everyone is doing). We share lots of photos and videos. We've also been sending each other different activities to do during this time that allows us to see the different progress we are all making from far away (puzzles, knitting, cooking, etc.)
